Resort Listing Agreement for Sale of Vacation Unit/Week

Thank you for your recent inquiry about listing your unit/week for sale. The timeshare Vacation Company
markets and sells timeshares at several resorts in the northern tier of New Hampshire, and we are extending this effort
to accommodate those owners who wish to sell their own units/weeks at these resorts. The advantage that we can offer
to you is that we are in contact with dozens of prospective buyers and sellers every day, so that we know what buyers
are looking for when buying vacation units/weeks.

Be sure to check out the resort web pages on our site, and especially the prices at which other units are listed.
Keep the selling prices in mind when pricing your own week for sale. Remember . . . ninety percent of successfully
selling your unit/week is . . . PRICING IT RIGHT!

HOW DO YOU LIST YOUR UNIT/WEEK FOR SALE?

1. Simply click on the Listing Agreement button below and you'll find our listing agreement.

2. Print it out the listing agreement, and fill out all the required information, especially your asking price.

3. Then mail* it to us at: P.O. Box 2360, North Conway, NH 03860. It's that simple!

 

You'll note that we require a $99 listing fee, and a sales commission of forty percent (40%).
With the receipt of your signed listing agreement, we'll begin actively marketing your unit/week.
We will be in touch with you as soon as we have a prospective buyer. Feel free to forward your
personal check for the listing fee, or use the simple credit card form at the bottom of the Listing Agreement.
