Mr. Landano has managed resort properties in the Mt. Washington and Waterville Valley areas. Services include rentals, sales, maintenance, housekeeping, and contracting. Northern Woods Property Services, Inc., includes Valley Vacations, a central reservations service for vacation home owners, The TimeShare Vacation Company, a full-service brokerage specializing in the sales of timeshare properties, Valley Vacations Real Estate, a brokerage offering condominium and home sales, and Northwood Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage.

Prior to his Northern Woods Property Services experience, Mr. Landano served, for over a decade, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles office of Air Freight Forwarding Company, a transportation broker with offices worldwide.

Paul J. Kasianchuk, RRP* Broker/Principal - with over a decade of experience in the vacation ownership industry, Mr. Kasianchuk is responsible for marketing and sales.

He was previously Director of Marketing at Eastern Slope Inn and Attitash Mountain Village. He also served as marketing manager and sales associate for Attitash Realty, a residential brokerage specializing in primary and vacation home sales.

Mr. Kasianchuk is a graduate of St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH and holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Communication from Boston University College of Communication. He has received numerous awards in marketing from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and their designation as a Registered Resort Professional (RRP*). He is a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS Honor Society.
